Not only does this ensure that the customer is satisfied with his delivery but it ensures that the production line operates effectively.

The shop floor has eight quality stations that constantly monitor the products throughout their production cycle. Each quality station is audited four times a year. All quality checks are recorded on the production docket to ensure that a history is kept of all manufacturing runs.

In addition an annual audit takes place where specific actions are taken to ensure the long term efficiency of the production environment.

A similar enthusiasm for quality is reflected in the administration area where each order is monitored and delivery to the customer is managed to ensure that the goods are received on time. The Managing Director, Ameen Thabet takes a personal interest in ensuring that all customers are happy, talking with them on a regular basis and getting feedback that is used to improve the running of the business.
